Spider Physiology:

She possess the traits, attributes and/or abilities, to transform into or be/is a spider, air-breathing arthropods that have eight legs, chelicerae with fangs generally able to inject venom, and spinnerets that extrude silk. Some examples of spiders include orb-web spiders, wolf spiders, jumping spiders, tarantulas, trapdoor spiders, and funnel-web spiders. Most users can mimic traits, attributes, and capabilities of spiders, like gaining enhanced strength since spiders can lift 50 to 170x their weight on average, manipulate and generate spider threads, create acid or venom, and gain enhanced senses. Which she gain from Peter Parker A.K.A Spider-man.

Symbiote Physiology:

Normally Users with this ability can mimic or transform into symbiotes. Beings that can share a symbiotic relationship, connections, and a bond that strengthens their chosen holders and allies, bestowing the host new abilities, while the symbiotic entity thrives within the host.
However that is not the case for Annabel, She is a Symbiote, and she can do the same as other Symbiotes; except she doesn't need a host or a body as she has her own Physical, solid body, most Symbiotes can only maintain a humanoid body for only a limited time, let alone survive without a host for a limited time. Annabel is different, and she can turn into the liquid form of a normal Symbiote, however, according to her it's degrading and she doesn't like it, as it takes almost a whole day before her body is reformed.

Web Generation:

She can create adhesive threads of webs that generate or are made from anything/everything, including matter/energy, power, concepts, etc. The web can act as a barrier or shield, crude structures, and defensive perimeters, or as traps or bindings such as nets or cocoons, and can have different effects on the trapped hosts, depending on the substance/force of which it is made.

Gamma Mutated Physiology:

Just like with the Hulk, She has a high amount of Gamma Radiation, It's amazing how she has all the benefits from this, The only drawback she gets from this is that when she is feeling extreme rage, her eyes glow green, her muscle mass grows, giving her all of Hulk powers and abilities, add that with her natural abilities and powers, and the other powers she acquired through other DNA, She's a threat that'll give the other heroes a hard time, In fact, it not surprising that not only could she raged a one-woman army against the Heroes in Earth 1,988, but was able to kill them all; and just like Hulk, the more rage she feels the stronger she get, however unlike Bruce Banner, It'll take a lot to push her into what she called "Rage Mode".

Unlimited Strength:

There is no limit to her strength, There is no way of telling if it is because it's natural, or because of the added strength from the other DNA that is in her. Though she may look small and weak, however, one flick of her fingers can harm most heroes and it can obliterate a normal human, She does show that she can control her strength, She only uses just enough to fight against her enemies. 

Shapeshifting:

She can change her shape, size, color, density, texture, cellular composition, and/or atomic composition to mimic qualities, impersonate entities, amplify abilities, and/or traverse environments. The origins of this power play a significant role in her capabilities and limitations. Altering herself on a cellular, atomic, and/or conceptual level will permit varying degrees of alteration. This is how she keeps her secret identity a secret without needing a mask, thanks to her symbiote powers.

 Enhanced Super-human leap:
An ability she got from both Hulk and Peter Parker.

Superhuman Strength utilizations:
When she can go all out, She will come up with creative ways to Utilize her strength, She could clap her hand and it would send shockwaves, this is one of many examples of what she can do.

Dynamic Durability:
In addition to immense strength, the Hulk's body possesses a high degree of resistance to physical injury. Her durability is on the same level as the Hulk.

Self-Regenerative Manipulation:
Because She has The Hulk's DNA, She also possesses this Ability of his, even if she tore it apart, she can be put together again with no problem.

Regenerative Healing Factor:
Another Ability from The Hulk/ and her Symbiote ability.

Disease Immunity:
She is Immune to Diseases.

Decelerated Aging:
Annabel ages slower than normal for her species and potentially has a long lifespan.

Reactive Adaption:
Another Ability from The Hulk.

Wall-Crawling:
Like any other Wall crawler, she can also stick to walls, ceilings, and any other surface that would be hard for normal people to crawl.

 Superhuman Equilibrium:
Annabel possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. She seems able to adjust her position by instinct, which enables her to balance herself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.

 Superhuman Reflexes:
Annabel also has drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing her to dodge multiple bullets, catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments, and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to like high-speed projectiles (e.g. sniper bullets) as well as react to a being with superhuman speed.

 superhuman flexibility:
If she can Stretch and Deform her Form, I think it is safe to say that she is insanely flexible.

 Superhuman Agility:
Annabel's agility is much better than the likes of an ordinary human, she possesses exceptional flexibility, balance, bodily coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance. She can move in any type of physical way flawlessly. 

 Superhuman Hearing:
Annabel is capable of hearing small sounds along with listening in on approaching or incoming movements, and can easily hear sound clearly through a thick bricked wall, and even from a mile away in complete silence. She can also hear a watch ticking from over 100 feet away and her hearing range is 10Hz-40kHz.

 Spider-Sense:
Just Like Peter Parker, she also has a spider sense as well.

Biological/Organic webbing generation:
She can create sticky threads of webs that generate or are made of organic matter. The organic web can act as a barrier, a defensive perimeter, or a trap/binding, and have different effects on the trapped hosts, depending on the substance of which it is made.
Note: Because of her Symbiote powers She can shoot out either black or Silver webs.

Powers, Lifeforce, and Memory Absorption:
She acquired her powers from Rouge, and similar to Rouge, she is unable to have skin contact with anyone. As a result, she utilizes her symbiote powers to generate a barrier, allowing her to experience a sense of closeness with others, as this is the closest she can feel to them without physical contact.

Claws:
Annabel possesses an extraordinary ability that allows her to physically transform her hands into sharp, claw-like appendages.

Camouflage Capabilities: 
Annabel possesses the incredible ability to transform her physical form, seamlessly replicating the look and feel of any type of clothing. Additionally, she can blend into her surroundings, becoming virtually invisible, and is even capable of assuming the appearance of different individuals.

Bad luck manipulation/ generation:
Annabel manipulates probability through the use of psychic/psionic means. This allows her to perform psionic feats that sway the odds in her favor as well as telepathically view all the possible outcomes of a situation and alter reality by projecting one's thoughts, This was the ability that she got from the Black Cat of Earth 765,458.

Annabel can secrete powerful pheromones that have a variety of effects on others, all related to behavior. Another power she Acquired from Jessica Parker, however unlike Jessica, her Pheromone doesn't induce death. Her Pheromones cause these effects and they work on both men and women:

Pleasant Scent:
Annabel produces pleasant bodily scents that can make her irresistibly desirable by smell, Though it depends on the person and what scent attracts them. For Annabel, her scent smells like Coconuts, pineapples, or tropical scent.

Love Inducement:
Could cause the person to fall in love with her.

Worship Inducement:
After they caught her scent, then fell in love with her. The Pheromones will make them begin to worship her as if she is the only thing that has meaning in their life, and they would do anything to protect her and make her happy. Because to them she is their Goddess.

Desire Inducement:
The Subject desires Annabel, which at this point there is no helping them. They can only be happy with her, taking them away from her will cause them to either be depressed and give up on life or they become extremely violent.

 Her Pheromones can also cause Sexual inducement, Pleasure Inducement, and Orgasm Inducement.
Note: So far there is no cure. for Annabel's Pheromones, which is another reason for her symbiote to create a barrier, to keep others safe. Though not on this Earth, Annabel did say she did use her Pheromones, though she wouldn't get into details.
But without Annabel, anyone who becomes Affected by her Pheromones has no choice but to stay with her if they want to live.

Sonic Scream:
She can emit/produce/generate an extremely powerful scream/shriek of high amplitude for a variety of purposes from their vocal cord and mouth, typically for offensive purposes, like causing destruction. The attack usually manifests as a destructive stream or a destructive wave of sonic energy and can only destroy anything in front of her unless they turns around, moving the scream in the process. Normally whenever She screams, it requires them to be extremely loud and have a perfect aim. Once Annabel starts, she can't stop until all the energy is released. She can also direct their screams over large distances and even send them to specific targets, only affecting the enemy without affecting their allies, Though there are hints that this ability of hers is even more powerful than she let on, She Acquired this power from a woman Name Jessica Luna Parker.

 Retroactive Immortality:
An ability she got from The Hulk, which she also has the same weakness as the Hulk does, with this power.

Offspring Detection/ Symbiote Detection:
Annabel is also capable of psychically detecting its offspring, however, with effort, this ability can be blocked, She can also detect other Symbiotes. However, once she meets these other symbiotes, She refers to them as lowly Parasites, Despite not being able to remember any memory before waking up on Earth 765,458, for some reason she seems to have a deep hatred of the parasitic Symbiotes.

Constituent Matter Generation:
Like her Symbiote Counterparts, she can also turn her body into an arsenal of weapons like a sword, axe, and other sharp objects, and can even create wings and other things she could think of, However, this power she uses as a last resort.

Stretching and deforming:
Annabel can use her symbiote powers to stretch and deform herself, though only to a certain extent. Unlike her counterparts, her physical, solid body is not as elastic as they are. 

Foreign Chemical Resistance:
Due to her unique biological makeup, she does not experience the usual effects of drugs, gas, and other foreign chemicals on her body.

Mutagenic Bodily Fluids:
Annabel possesses and/or can create bodily fluids (blood, mucus, saliva, sebum, sweat, urine, etc.) with mutagenic properties causing those to come in contact with it to mutate, or gain powers and abilities.

Symbiote Assimilation:
Annabel is capable of amalgamating with other symbiotes to bolster their shared power. However, her consciousness remains in control. 

DNA Absorption:
Annabel can absorb DNA/genetic information, while removing it from the source, into her body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing herself, gaining the drained power, using it as a power source, etc., either temporarily or permanently.

Common advantages include gaining target skills, appearance, and powers if they have innate ones.

Power Bestowal:
with the use of her Mutagenic Bodily Fluids, Annabel can bestowal powers, even give youth or reverse someone's age.

 

Annabel Biology:
Annabel's physical form is truly puzzling. She belongs to a rare breed of Symbiote, possessing a solid, tangible body that defies all conventional understanding. It's interesting to note that even though her ability to absorb powers, life force, and memory should theoretically affect her entirely, her symbiote form appears to be immune to this power. The Skin Suit also contains her pheromones, keeping people from being affected by it and driving them mad into lust and desire for her.

 

Skin Suit Barrier:
The Skinsuit as explained before holds two main purposes, 1. to keep from having direct skin contact, and 2. to keep her Pheromones contained. The Skinsuit is so clear and thin that it can show Annabel's skin through it, and she can somewhat feel other's touch without unintentionally trying to kill them. However, despite how thin it is, it's tough to tear; except for Annabel. 
Sexual intercourse is a bit of a challenge, however, she can find ways around it thanks to her symbiote powers, though one day she would like to feel the touch of another on her natural skin.

 

Bone Structure:
Annabel's bone structure is strange and it shouldn't exist. Despite that, her Durability is as crazy as the Hulk's; Her bones seem to be flexible and fluid ( which might be because she can also liquify herself; however she despises her liquid form.), yet they still hold the shape and support Annabel's body. They are strong enough to withstand just about any attack; her Bones could even be used as weapons or could be bonded with, after all, it is possible a piece of her could bond with someone as she is a symbiote herself.

 

Skin:
Though We have never seen it, as she said it embarrassing for her to show her true skin, however, she said in her natural form her Skin is silver, Although that is all she would comment about.

Everything else is similar to human Physiology, except she can reproduce by herself if she chooses to; thanks to her symbiote physiology, or with a partner.

Background:
From what Annabel told me there was false information, about how she came to be. She was told that Felicia Hardy (Black Cat) and Peter Parker (Spider-Man) were her biological parents. However, Peter left them for Mary-Jane Watson, which planted the seed of hatred for Peter Parker.

The real truth is Annabel's Pod crashed on Earth, Black Cat and Peter Parker were the first at the crash site. When the pod opened they saw a silver-skinned child, covered in what seemed to be silver and black liquid, Parker wanted to turn the child into the Government, after all, he worked for them and their new Queen. However Black Cat was against this and when she reached in to pick up the child, the Silver liquid absorbed some of her DNA. When Peter tried to take the Child from her it absorbed his DNA and the child took on the appearance of a human child.
